All About Susan Pitzer

Location: Ohio

Length of Time with MousePros: 3 years

Favorite Disney® Park: At Walt Disney World®, my favorite park is Epcot. I absolutely love World Showcase and so enjoy Future World. I will just be glad when they have moved forward with the new attractions to fill in where some of the old favorites once resided. The atmosphere, experiences and entertainment make it my favorite of the four parks.

As for Disneyland®, I love both parks equally for so many reasons. I love the nostalgia and all of the detail and emotion that is felt in Disneyland® Park, however, Disneyland California Adventure® Park is nothing short of FABULOUS. I could take up residency in Cars Land!

Favorite Disney® Resort: My family and I absolutely love the Wilderness Lodge! We so enjoy the atmosphere, and I am in awe every time we walk into that lobby! I so enjoy sitting by the fireplace in the rocking chairs and relaxing, even when it is 99 degrees outside. The dining options are fantastic with Artist Point and Whispering Canyon, and the convenience of the water taxi to Magic Kingdom Park and to the Contemporary for monorail access is a great perk.

Favorite Quick Service Restaurant: My favorite Quick Service dining option is Wolfgang Puck Express at the Disney Springs Marketplace. I recommend it to all of my clients. The food is fantastic. It feels impossible to pick just one dish as a favorite, but if I have to, I'd choose Spaghetti Bologenese for dinner and the Creme Brulee with berries for dessert.

Favorite Table Service Restaurant: This really depends upon what experience is desired. For character dining, I absolutely love dinner at 1900 Park Fare at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. Cinderella's step-sisters are absolutely fantastic and the buffet has great selections. I could have the strawberry soup every day.

My family and I also adore Ohana for the food, the atmosphere, and the ability to view the Magic Kingdom Park fireworks as we dine. This is the official Pitzer Family kick off to every one of our magical vacations.

We also love Rose and Crown in the United Kingdom Pavilion at the World Showcase in Epcot®. The food is fantastic and we love the pub atmosphere. I adore the corned beef and cabbage, and the sticky toffee pudding! We love to dine at this location in the evening around 7:45 pm on the patio to enjoy Illuminations as we complete dinner.

As for signature dining, we love Artist Point at Disney's Wilderness Lodge Resort. I dream about the smoked mushroom bisque and seared sea scallops. We also love Yachtsman Steakhouse at Disney's Yacht Club Resort. My husband swears that they serve the best steaks he has had anywhere!

Favorite Ride: My favorite ride at Walt Disney World® is hands down Flight of Passage in Pandora at Animal Kingdom Park. Wow...just wow! When at Disneyland® Park, I have to give it to my all-time favorite since I was a child, Mr. Toads Wild Ride, and at Disney's California Adventure® Park, my favorite ride is Radiator Springs Racers!

Favorite Character to Interact With: Though Mickey Mouse is my favorite character, hands down my favorite character to interact with at Walt Disney World® is actually a twosome - Cinderella's stepsisters. They are nothing short of amazing! At Disneyland®, character interaction is very spontaneous and more personal than what I've experienced at Walt Disney World®, and my favorite in Disneyland® has been Cruella DeVil!

Disney Confession:  I am probably the guiltiest person in the world of people watching. I have favorite spots to watch from and drinks to enjoy while watching in all of the parks, as well as other locations on property.

Disney Bucket List Item: My #1 bucket list item is to stay in one of the cabins on the water at Copper Creek Villas and Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. They look amazing! This replaces my former #1 bucket list item, which was to visit Walt's apartment above the firehouse at Disneyland Park®. I checked that off of my list last month, and let me just say, it was all that I had hoped for and more!

Favorite Disney Vacation Tip: Relax and realize that you cannot do everything in one trip and don't forget to take advantage of all of the amazing Disney freebies!
