Best morning ever! Susan Pitzer snagged all our ADRs! I will say this is our first time using a travel agent, so I didn't know what I would and wouldn't see on MDE and that made me nervous. I'm used to being in control and doing it all, but this time I just couldn't. Thank goodness Susan is patient and explained everything to me. I had a lot of questions. Also, even though I know she has more insider knowledge than me with her experience and TA status, it seems silly to say I didn't realize how much more access she had. I'm writing this because I've read about people being nervous about having a TA, and I just want to say it's been a great experience. I was really nervous about the whole process. I've been reading every comment she has posted on this site or has been posted about her for over a year. Lol! Thanks Susan!

We are grateful to Andrea for everything she did for us before and during our trip! We have been to Disney many times before, but this year we tried something new - Chef Mickey's for dinner - and Andrea was with us every step of the way. Thank goodness she is available via text whenever we needed her! She reminded me how to book extra fast passes, how to use rider swap, and how to make the most of our park hopper passes. After a cancellation mishap Emily Milligan saved our Disney trip!!! It was truly an error on our end, but she woke up early stayed on hold forever and SCORED our free dining back! Anyone thinking about booking a trip, use Emily!!!

Can't say enough about Jared! We used him to plan and execute our last minute Disney World vacation in May, and he was a God-send. He gave us honest reviews, helped us think of everything ahead of time from stroller rentals to grocery delivery. He was always quick to respond via email or social media. He looked for last minute character dining cancellations while we were in Disney and was able to secure one for us! He also stayed in touch with us throughout our vacation!
